Agricola

In Agricola, you are a farmer in a wooden shack with your spouse. Over the course of 14 rounds, you'll take actions to improve your farm, feed your family, and score points for a prosperous life. Each turn, you and your spouse each have one action to take, and with limited actions available each round, you must make tough decisions.

You'll plow fields, sow crops, raise animals (sheep, pigs, and cattle), build fences, and upgrade your home. A unique aspect of the game is the constant need to feed your growing family, forcing you to carefully balance long-term farm development with immediate sustenance. Players compete for resources and action spaces, leading to strategic choices and blocking opportunities for your opponents. Through clever resource management, strategic planning, and a bit of luck, you'll strive to create the most productive and thriving farm in the region.
