Description
In Battle Line, two players face off across a line of nine flags, representing key strategic points. Each player commands a hand of cards, striving to create the strongest poker-like formations at each flag using troop cards numbered 1-10 in various suits.
Players alternate playing cards to either their own side of a flag or their opponent's, attempting to build a winning formation before their rival. The first player to claim five flags, or three adjacent flags, wins the battle. Special tactic cards add a layer of strategic depth, allowing players to disrupt opponent's formations and manipulate the battlefield. Playing the game feels like a tense game of tug-of-war where calculated risks can either win the battle or leave you open to defeat.
