Overview

Captain Sonar is a real-time game of submarine combat where two teams face off beneath the waves. Each team takes on specific roles aboard their submarine: the Captain navigates and orders attacks, the First Mate charges systems, the Radio Operator listens for the enemy's movements, and the Engineer maintains the sub. Success hinges on teamwork and communication within each team.

The game unfolds simultaneously, with both teams plotting their courses and launching attacks in real-time. The Radio Operator is constantly charting the enemy's path based on intercepted noises, while the Captain must interpret this information to effectively maneuver and target their torpedoes. The constant pressure and the need to quickly process information make Captain Sonar an intense and engaging experience.
