Overview

In Concordia Venus, players expand their trading networks across the Mediterranean, establishing houses and producing goods to earn victory points. Each player begins with an identical hand of cards, each representing a different colonist with a unique ability. Over the course of the game, players will use these cards to perform actions such as building houses, producing resources, buying new cards to improve their hand, and moving their colonists across the board.

A core element is the card-driven action selection, where you play a card to perform its action. Crucially, to get your cards back to use them again, you must play the 'Tribune' card, which recalls all previously played cards into your hand. This creates a compelling rhythm as players balance short-term gains with the need to refresh their actions. With variable starting setups, strategic card acquisition, and a team mode to add another layer of cooperation or rivalry, Concordia Venus offers a challenging and rewarding experience.
