CPS: Europe in Turmoil

CPS: Europe in Turmoil is a 2-4 player game that plunges players into the tense political landscape of Europe in the years leading up to World War I. Players navigate a web of shifting alliances, competing national interests, and social unrest, all while striving to maintain a fragile balance of power. Each player or team takes on the role of controlling a side in the conflict, with the goal of becoming the dominant political force.

Through strategic card play, players influence key events, manage their nation's resources, and engage in a subtle arms race. The game focuses on how tensions build between nations due to colonial disputes and internal conflict, ultimately deciding when and how the conflict will resolve. The game includes a unique card play mechanic whereby the cards have dual purposes as both an event to play or an action to perform, adding to the tense political intrigue of the time period.
