In For Northwood!, players strive to unify the kingdom through clever hand management and precise trick-taking. Over a series of rounds, you'll visit different animal fiefs, each with its own unique trump suit and win condition, challenging you to win an exact number of tricks. As you add rulers to your alliance the game becomes more challenging.

Players start with allies that each offer a unique ability to help you manipulate your hand and win tricks. Once a ruler has been added to your alliance they can be subbed in for one of your starting allies to overcome increasingly difficult challenges. With a high amount of variability, For Northwood! provides a unique puzzle in every game.
