In Hanamikoji, two players compete to win the favor of seven geishas, using a limited hand of action cards each round. Players secretly choose which action to use, then simultaneously reveal them to influence the geishas. Each geisha is worth a different number of victory points, and the player who gains the most favor wins.
The core gameplay revolves around strategic card drafting and hand management. Cleverly predicting your opponent's moves and carefully timing your actions is key to maximizing your influence and securing the favor of the most valuable geishas. The game offers a tense, engaging experience packed into a quick playtime, rewarding careful planning and tactical adaptation.
