Description
Merchants & Marauders throws you into the Golden Age of Piracy, where you take command of a ship and forge your own destiny. Will you become a wealthy merchant, carefully trading goods between ports and avoiding danger? Or will you embrace the life of a feared pirate, plundering ships and raiding settlements for profit? Every choice carries risk, as rival captains and powerful naval forces roam the Caribbean.

The game revolves around an action point system, allowing you to move your ship, load and unload cargo, attack other vessels, or visit ports to repair damage, hire crew, and purchase upgrades. Dice rolls determine the outcome of battles and other events, adding an element of chance to your carefully laid plans. Different captain abilities and ship upgrades offer unique advantages, encouraging diverse strategies and play styles. Ultimately, the captain who amasses the most wealth and notoriety will be crowned the ruler of the high seas.
