Description
Raptor throws two players into an asymmetrical conflict: one plays a team of scientists trying to capture baby raptors, while the other controls the mother raptor, fiercely protecting her offspring. Each round, players simultaneously select a card, and the player with the lower value card gets to activate the card's special ability. The difference in card values determines how many action points the other player receives for movement and attacks.
The modular board ensures varied gameplay, and both sides have unique powers and strategies. The scientists can use fire, vehicles, and reinforcements, while the mother raptor can use stealth, distractions, and call upon her young for assistance. Victory is achieved either by capturing the young raptors or eliminating the scientists, making each game a tense and strategic battle of wits.
