Overview

Sequence is a game of strategic card play and pattern recognition. Players take turns playing a card from their hand and placing a marker on the corresponding space on the game board. The goal is to create one or two sequences of five markers in a row, depending on the number of players.

The board depicts all the cards in a standard deck (minus the Jacks), and each card appears twice. Jacks act as wild cards, adding a layer of tactical decision-making. Gameplay involves careful planning, blocking opponents, and exploiting opportunities to form your own sequences. It is easy to learn but offers surprising strategic depth as players vie for board position.
