Overview

In Stronghold, one player commands the invading horde of Orcs, Goblins, and other monstrous creatures, determined to breach the walls of the Stronghold. The other player commands the human defenders, desperately fortifying their defenses and training their soldiers to withstand the onslaught.

The game is a tense, asymmetrical battle of wits and resources. The invader must strategically deploy their diverse units, utilizing siege engines and special abilities to overcome the stronghold's defenses before time runs out. The defender must efficiently manage their limited resources, constructing walls, training soldiers, and strategically positioning their forces to repel the relentless attacks. Each decision is crucial, as the fate of the stronghold hangs in the balance.
