Description
In Takenoko, players are imperial gardeners tasked with cultivating a bamboo garden to appease the Emperor. You'll expand the garden by placing new land tiles, irrigate the land to allow the bamboo to grow, and direct the royal panda to eat bamboo shoots. The game progresses as players complete objectives related to the arrangement of land plots, the size and color of the bamboo, and the amount of bamboo the panda has eaten.
Each turn, you'll have a limited number of actions to perform, carefully choosing how to best advance your objectives while also dealing with the panda's unpredictable appetite and the changing weather conditions determined by a dice roll. Successfully managing these elements and fulfilling your objectives efficiently is key to becoming the most esteemed gardener and winning the Emperor's favor.
