The Grizzled

The Grizzled plunges players into the harrowing trenches of World War I, where they must cooperate to survive the escalating horrors of war. As French soldiers, players face a relentless onslaught of threats – from psychological trauma to physical dangers – represented by cards drawn each round. The goal is to deplete the shared deck of threats before the morale of the team completely collapses.

Each player has unique abilities, making communication and strategic hand management crucial. You will need to support each other and decide as a group who will go on a support mission, and who will stay in the trenches. Players must make tough choices, pushing their luck to overcome challenges while avoiding a build-up of negative conditions that can lead to the group's downfall. The Grizzled provides a tense and immersive cooperative experience, emphasizing the importance of camaraderie in the face of overwhelming adversity.
